This Privacy Policy explains what Profile Maxed ("we", "us", "our") collects, why, and what we do with it. We try to keep this short and human. If something is unclear, email [email protected].

1. What we collect

Account info: email address and authentication identifiers.
Uploaded photos: the reference images you upload to train a model of your likeness.
Generated photos: the images we produce for you.
Payment metadata: handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
Usage analytics: page views and interactions, via PostHog and (where enabled) Meta Pixel.

2. How we use it

To train a model of your face and generate the photos you ordered.
To deliver, support, and improve the service.
To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms.

We will never use your face, your uploaded photos, or your trained model to train shared models or for any other customer.

3. Retention & deletion

Uploaded photos and the trained model associated with your face are auto-deleted 30 days after your order is delivered, or immediately on request. Email us and we'll wipe everything tied to your account.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the processors required to run the service: hosting (Cloudflare), payments (Stripe), email, analytics, and the GPU providers running the image generation. We do not sell personal data.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time. Email [email protected]. If you're in the UK or EU, you also have rights under UK GDPR / GDPR including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, fraud prevention, and basic analytics. You can disable them in your browser; some parts of the service won't work without them.

We'll update this page when our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top will tell you when.
